Personal Trainer in Antwerp

I’m a personal trainer with a background shaped by both transformation and adversity. At 204 cm tall, I know the unique challenges that come with building strength in a taller body. After being diagnosed with chronic back pain at 17 and being told to stop training, I spent years learning how to manage pain, improve mobility, and train with greater control.

That journey changed the way I approach fitness. I gained over 30 kg of muscle, reached 116 kg at my heaviest, and later cut to 95 kg to compete in Men’s Physique in Brussels. Today, I use that experience to help others build strength, move better, and train in a way that supports long-term results.
